Home Health Care

Home Health Care can help people remain at home while recovering from a hospitalization or short-term rehabilitation.

Home Health Care services can be on-going to meet a specific goal and assist with daily living skills in a home environment.  Usually a licensed nurse will assess the client's need for skilled nursing care or will have a home health aide provide daily living skills such as bathing and  personal hygiene.  The aide can also provide light housekeeping services and assist with ambulation and activities that support the care plan.
